January 9th, 2014 - The alignment

Today was a long day but it ended up being really positive in terms of work, we made a lot of progress. The image today it's unusual but it may represent the progress...
For weeks I've been struggling at work and asking my manager for help and nothing really happened until this week that I got two more people to help, between yesterday and today we made a lot of progress on our deliverable, we are on track now!
At the same time I've been using this to gloves with different colors because I didn't know where the pairs were (yes, sometimes I look like a child) and today at the end of the day without looking for it I found the other white one and the other beige one.
I know it doesn't make a lot of sense but for me it was like thing are aligning and starting to work, the two gloves with different colors represent the struggle of the last few weeks and on the first day that I feel that we really made progress at work, I find the other white and the other beige representing the two new team member that contributed a lot for that progress... I felt so Happy when I found them... The stars are aligned!!
